Who We Are

MP Kids is designed to meet kids right where they are with engaging programs, caring leaders, and partnering with parents/guardians. We know that all kids are made on purpose and with a purpose and have the greatest chance of building a lifelong relationship with Jesus when we all invest together.

First Time at MP KIDS?

We’ve got you covered.

We are so excited to have you with us! We know that trying a church can be an intimidating experience, but we are ready for you and your kids. As you enter the building, our greeters inside will be willing and ready to walk your family through our check-in process. We will get some basic information and any special instructions (allergies, special needs, etc) before walking your kids to the age-appropriate rooms. From there, our amazing small group leaders will welcome your kids in and help them feel safe and part of the class. At the end of service, bring your check-out tag and be ready to hear all the amazing stories on the drive home.

Mother's Room

We know that for the first several weeks, classrooms are not the ideal environment for your kid. That being said, we also know you may want some space outside of the auditorium to take care of their unique needs. We have a Mother’s Room just for you! We are streaming the service and provide comfortable seating and basic needs that may come up. You can find this space in the lobby by our kid’s check-in desk. When you’re both ready for what comes next, that same check-in desk becomes the next step to take as a family!

Safety

Here are some of the procedures we have in place to help ensure the safety of our students each week:

  • All NextGen volunteers are required to pass a background check before serving with children and youth.
  • During service, on-duty NextGen staff regularly check in with classroom teachers.
  • Check-in and check-out procedure means all children are accounted for at all times.
  • The doors to the children’s wing are locked during church service to control who enters while services are underway.
  • Allergies are taken seriously. Fill out an allergy form at drop-off and pick up an allergy bracelet for your child.

Family Dedications

Raising kids it tough! The good news is that you are not alone in taking on this lifelong commitment. You have been entrusted with a kid or maybe even many kids and we want to join you in taking a step towards saying yes to Jesus year after year, not to mention, moment by moment. Family Dedications are not some hyper-spiritual service that saves. your child but is a way to commit to what comes with raising your child to know Jesus and surrounding you with people who will cheer, pray, bring you coffee on tough days, and know that it takes a whole family and a whole church doing this together. Are you ready to celebrate this milestone in your family’s life?
