We are led by Pastors.
The Vision of Madison Park comes from God and is implemented by the Pastoral Staff team, led by Pastor Heather Semple. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. These staff pastors serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church.
We are supported by Elders.
The Elders are non-staff members who oversee the finances and direct the provision of the facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel to the Lead Pastor regarding the major financial commitments of the church including the approval of the annual budget and ensuring that an annual audit is conducted of the finances.
